What is your privacy policy?
Scribbles-n-Giggles appreciates the growing need for protecting the privacy of our customers' personal information. We make certain that any information provided to us is secure. Information that we may collect for your order includes: billing/shipping address, contact telephone number and email address. Scribbles-n-Giggles will NOT sell, share or rent any information to third parties. When you personalize a product, we will ask you for information needed to complete your order. This information may include a name, date, phone number and/or event address. This information is only viewable to the customer that placed the order.
What is your guarantee?
On custom orders, we have a 100% guarantee. The product is not complete until you are 100% satisfied.
We are unable to accept returns on the full-service, custom printed orders. Proofs are provided with each order for review and final approval before printing. By approving your order, you are agreeing that the proof is ready to print. Once the proof is approved and the order is printed, the client is responsible for any additional charges for reproduction.
What is your photo policy?
The quality of your card is only as good as the quality of your photo. Please submit with a resolution of 300 dpi or higher. I can not take responsibility for the print quality of low resolution photos.
I will fully uphold the legal rights of photographers. It is illegal for me to use images that are copyrighted without the permission of the photographer. By submitting the photos, you agree that you are the photographer or have written permission from the copyright holder. You also agree to take full responsibility for any misuse of copyrighted images and agree to not hold me liable for the misuse of any copyrighted images.
What is your shipping policy?
Shipping is like an art that I will be perfecting over time. I get charged the UPS published rates you see online. Most Take Note orders ship out of California. I'm finding ground shipping through UPS averages about $12 for a standard order. My ground shipping rate starts at $10. Through research, I have set rush shipping (2nd day, 3rd day, overnight) according to the UPS website. Actually, I'm a bit under the published rates. I'm also paying a rush fee on every order so that your order is processed within 2-3 business days. I have no intention of making money on shipping. If there is ever a time when your actual shipping charges come in less than I am charged, I guarantee to refund you the difference!
